Terms of Service

Effective: July 31, 2026

The short version:you buy Owner's Hour once through the app store, and it's yours to use. Your business data stays yours. The coach gives you an experienced sounding board and honest frameworks — it is not a lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor, and your decisions remain your own. Treat the app fairly and we'll do the same for you.

1. Who you're dealing with

Owner's Hour is published by Core Capital Apps, operated by Core Capital Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Using Owner's Hour — the app, the website, and everything behind them — means you agree to these terms. Questions any time: rockpros@gmail.com.

2. What Owner's Hour is (and isn't)

Owner's Hour is a coaching app for small-business owners: a daily hour of structure, an AI coach to think alongside, priorities, check-ins, and a scorecard — all aimed at getting you working on your business instead of only in it. It is a thinking tool, not a professional service — see section 6, which matters more than most sections.

3. Your purchase

4. Accounts and backup

5. Your data is yours

Your business profile, priorities, check-ins, commitments, and conversations are yours. Your data lives on your device first; if you create an account, we keep a backup copy solely to provide sync and restore it to you. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. You can erase your device's data in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your cloud backup at any time by email. The details are in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Coaching, not counsel

The coach is powered by AI. It offers perspective, structure, and questions drawn from well-worn small-business thinking — and like any advisor who has never met your business in person, it can be wrong, generic, or out of date. It is notlegal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, or HR advice, and no coach conversation creates a professional–client relationship. Before you sign, spend, hire, fire, or restructure, check the load-bearing facts with a licensed professional who is accountable to you. What you do with the coach's suggestions — and what happens in your business as a result — is your call and your responsibility.

7. Fair use

8. Availability

We work to keep Owner's Hour fast and dependable, and we're honest when something breaks — but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features will evolve as the product improves.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — and our total liability for any claim related to Owner's Hour is capped at the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

10. Ending things

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Owner's Hour after that means you accept the new terms.

12. The legal wrap-up
