Terms of Service
Effective: July 31, 2026
1. Who you're dealing with
Owner's Hour is published by Core Capital Apps, operated by Core Capital Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Using Owner's Hour — the app, the website, and everything behind them — means you agree to these terms. Questions any time: rockpros@gmail.com.
2. What Owner's Hour is (and isn't)
Owner's Hour is a coaching app for small-business owners: a daily hour of structure, an AI coach to think alongside, priorities, check-ins, and a scorecard — all aimed at getting you working on your business instead of only in it. It is a thinking tool, not a professional service — see section 6, which matters more than most sections.
3. Your purchase
- Owner's Hour is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown there. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Billing is handled entirely by the store you bought it from, under its terms. Refunds follow that store's refund policy — we can't process payments or issue refunds directly, but email us and we'll point you to the right place.
- Your purchase covers your own use of the app on your devices. One purchase entitles one account — please don't pass receipts around.
- Features may grow over time. If we ever add a separately priced product, it will be clearly labeled and separately optional.
4. Accounts and backup
- An account is optional and free — it backs up your data and unlocks the coach across devices. Give us an email that's really yours and keep your password to yourself.
- Anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
- If you forget your password, use the reset flow; if you're locked out entirely, email us from the address on the account.
5. Your data is yours
Your business profile, priorities, check-ins, commitments, and conversations are yours. Your data lives on your device first; if you create an account, we keep a backup copy solely to provide sync and restore it to you. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. You can erase your device's data in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your cloud backup at any time by email. The details are in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Coaching, not counsel
The coach is powered by AI. It offers perspective, structure, and questions drawn from well-worn small-business thinking — and like any advisor who has never met your business in person, it can be wrong, generic, or out of date. It is notlegal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, or HR advice, and no coach conversation creates a professional–client relationship. Before you sign, spend, hire, fire, or restructure, check the load-bearing facts with a licensed professional who is accountable to you. What you do with the coach's suggestions — and what happens in your business as a result — is your call and your responsibility.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- break the law with the service, or use it to harm someone else;
- probe, overload, or work around our systems, rate limits, or security;
- share accounts or receipts to dodge the purchase, or resell access to the app;
- copy the service to build a competing product from the inside.
8. Availability
We work to keep Owner's Hour fast and dependable, and we're honest when something breaks — but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features will evolve as the product improves.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — and our total liability for any claim related to Owner's Hour is capped at the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
10. Ending things
- You can stop using the app, erase your device's data, or delete your account any time.
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — with notice and a chance to fix it where that's practical.
- If your account closes, you can request a copy of your backed-up data within 30 days; after that we may delete it.
- Sections 5, 6, 9, and 12 survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Owner's Hour after that means you accept the new terms.
12. The legal wrap-up
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes belong in the courts located there — but email us first; most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
- These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Owner's Hour.
- If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Not enforcing a term today doesn't waive it tomorrow. You can't assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
